Our Story

Norwood Constructions is a domestic building company based in the Bayside area of Melbourne, specializing in any form of residential construction. James Quinert founded Norwood Constructions in 2006 with its title derided from his middle name "Norwood", a name that has been synonymous with success in property within his family. An extensive residential carpentry trade background developed into Building and with it James compounded his knowledge of large-scale commercial concrete engineering and detailed basement works with the sphere of high-end customized construction. 

Norwood Constructions’ primary focus is achieving an excellent standard of workmanship, at every level of the construction process. By simply applying this ethos to everything we do and utilizing the best possible materials, practice and trades we create and deliver a customized product that is incomparable in the modern construction marketplace.
